Has anyone else been following the situation with Edward Rosa? I came across the details of his passing, and it's really distressing. The pressure and stress that law enforcement officers endure must be overwhelming. After learning more, it seems like the mental health support they receive isn’t enough. Rosa dedicated so much of his life to serving the community, and it's such a tragedy that it ended this way. It makes me wonder what more can be done to support officers before it gets to such a dire point. I hope the department's actions in the aftermath don't just end with promises and that real change happens. This should serve as a wake-up call that mental health needs to be a priority, not just for NYPD but for all law enforcement agencies. My heart goes out to his family; I can’t even begin to imagine what they're going through.
