Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Dean M. Lawrence Jr. and something that bothers me intensely is the fact that the shooter used such a busy, public street to make their getaway. Seventh Avenue isn't exactly a quiet back road, especially during the day. Surely someone must have seen the car or even been able to catch a glimpse of the driver or license plate? I can't even begin to imagine the agony Dean's family is going through, waiting for answers and justice. It’s been months, and while it's great that there’s surveillance footage, how is it that nobody who saw anything has come forward yet? Sometimes I wonder if more awareness or pressure from the community might help someone feel safe enough to share what they know. We can’t let this become another cold case. Dean and his loved ones deserve closure, and the streets shouldn't feel this unsafe. Let's keep pushing for anyone with even the smallest detail to step forward. Sending all my thoughts and strength to his family during this awful time.
