Has anyone else been thinking about the significance of Robert's blue moped being left at the top of the staircase? It feels out of place, and I can't shake the idea that it might hold some clues. He was headed to the park to meet friends yet never made it back, and his moped is just sitting there. Did something happen so quickly that he couldn't even get on it to escape, or was it potentially used as bait to lure him into a trap?
It's really unnerving to think about how he might have been ambushed unexpectedly. It must be so tough for his friends and family to process. Plus, given his recent turnaround—getting a new apartment and adopting a dog—it's such a terrible loss for those who cared about him. It's infuriating to know that despite the ShotSpotter alert and some witness descriptions, there's still no progress on finding who did this to him. Praying for justice for Robert and healing for those who loved him.
The case of Robert McLeod has been haunting me since I first read about it. With everything happening back then, it's so sad to see another young life cut short. I was particularly struck by the detail that he'd turned a corner in his life, getting an apartment and a pet dog. It makes you wonder about the kind of future he could have had and how his life was finally on the upswing before this tragedy. Has anyone heard if the police have been able to recover any useful surveillance footage near the park since it feels like so much hinges on that? Also, does anyone know if his friends or family have spoken about his new apartment being close to the store or park? It seems like there might be a connection that could lead to more clues. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved him, hoping justice is served someday soon.
