I've been following Nazier McFadden's case for a while now, and one thing that really struck me was hearing about the memorial that was set up at the gas station on West Main Street. It seems like it’s become a place not only to remember Nazier and Amir but also as a symbol for the community coming together in such a tragic time. I can't even begin to imagine the pain Nazier's family is going through, especially his aunt Lisa. Losing a loved one is hard, but on his birthday? That just adds an extra layer of pain. It's clear from everything I've read and seen that Nazier was someone who genuinely cared for others, and the outpouring of support from the community reflects just how deeply he impacted those around him. It breaks my heart to think that his family still doesn’t have answers. I hope that, eventually, someone who knows what happened that night will come forward. It’s crucial that we all keep talking about this case and do everything we can to help bring justice to Nazier and Amir’s loved ones. People deserve to feel safe in their communities without fearing that someone they love will be taken away from them too soon. ❤️
