Hey everyone, I’ve been following Anthony Ortega's case closely, and my thoughts are with his family during this tough time. I grew up not far from Morrisania, and this really hits close to home. One thing that's been on my mind is the role of community connection in situations like these. It's clear that Anthony still had ties to his old neighborhood, enough to visit despite the risks. I wonder if there’s something deeper about those old bonds. Why do you think some folks feel compelled to return to neighborhoods they know can be risky? Is it nostalgia, unfinished business, or something else entirely?
