Hey everyone, I’ve been following Rasheem Cotman’s case and something that keeps bugging me is the location of the incident. I can’t imagine how terrifying it must’ve been for the residents at that house on Third Avenue when his car crashed into their porch. It's such a tragic scene to think about. Can anyone familiar with the area share what it’s like around there? Does the neighborhood usually see a lot of activity or have any history of incidents like this? I really hope that things like this don’t happen often, for the safety of everyone living there. Thinking of Cotman's family and everyone affected.
