I’ve been thinking a lot about how terrifying it must have been for Ervin Mosley’s family during that tragic night. I can't even begin to imagine their pain. DJ Lord Jamal’s passing affected so many people, especially given how involved he was in his community. It's so sad when a pillar of the community is lost in such a violent way.
I was reading about the number of firearms recovered at the scene, and it’s horrifying to imagine what could have happened if those weapons had gotten into the wrong hands. The amount of firepower at the site is mind-boggling. This case really makes you think about the importance of addressing domestic issues before they spiral out of control. It's a chilling reminder of why conversations about gun control and mental health are so critical.
My heart goes out to Robbin and the kids. They’ve shown incredible strength and grace throughout this awful ordeal. Hopefully, with Dennard’s sentencing, they can start to find some semblance of closure and begin to heal. Peace to Ervin's memory, and may his legacy live on through the lives he touched.
Does anyone else find the connection between Ervin Mosley and Taiwan Dennard particularly puzzling? I've been following this case closely, and despite the court's rulings, there's been very little information on what exactly led to such a violent confrontation. From what I've gathered, this was somehow related to a property dispute, but it’s hard to believe something like this could end so tragically.
Ervin, or as many knew him, DJ Lord Jamal, was a staple in the Elmira community, always bringing joy through his music. His sudden passing has left such a void. I can’t imagine the pain his family, especially Robbin and the kids, must be feeling.
Sometimes I wonder if there were any warning signs that could have been noticed sooner. It’s a reminder of how crucial it is to take any domestic disputes seriously and seek help when needed. If anyone has more insights or details on what might have led up to this, I'm sure many in the community who cared deeply for Ervin would appreciate understanding more. Keeping his family in my thoughts.
