Has anyone been following the details about the suspects in the Crawford-Sellin case? I find it so chilling how both Jamel Weston and Lashaun Dixon were already in custody for totally unrelated charges at the time they were charged with these murders. It makes you wonder about the layers to their criminal activities and whether there are more connections out there we don’t know about. The fact that Dixon was on federal probation too… it just blows my mind. I can’t stop thinking about their backgrounds and what could have possibly led them to commit such a brutal act. My heart really goes out to Jami’s and Alexis’s families. I can’t imagine trying to comprehend such a senseless tragedy while waiting for justice to be served. Here's hoping that ongoing investigations bring every necessary detail to light. That poor child is going to need so much love and support after having been exposed to something like this. Does anyone here have any updates on how the child is doing?
I came across an article regarding the tragic deaths of Jami Crawford and Alexis Sellin, and it’s deeply unsettling. What caught my attention was the little child who was found unharmed after those awful three days in the apartment. I can't even begin to imagine the confusion and fear that they must have experienced being left all alone like that. Thank goodness they weren't physically harmed, but I worry about the emotional trauma they might have to process as they grow older.
It's heartbreaking to think about what Jami and Alexis's families must be going through. Hopefully, with the suspects in custody, the legal proceedings will bring some level of understanding and justice to this senseless tragedy. My heart goes out to the child, their families, and everyone else who cared for Jami and Alexis. How truly devastating for the Syracuse community.
