I can’t stop thinking about the community's response to the tragic loss of John "Rico" Walker Jr. It’s heartening to see so many people in Buffalo rallying around his family to provide support. This incident has really highlighted the urgent need for initiatives to address gun violence and illegal firearms in our city. Rico seemed to be loved by so many, and it's clear his absence is felt deeply. I've seen discussions about local organizations stepping up to help prevent future tragedies, and I truly hope this leads to long-lasting change.
