Has anyone looked into the potential connections Edward Scott might have had in the Chillum area? It's puzzling why he was found so far from home. Given that he lived in Washington, D.C., his presence on Chillum Road makes me wonder if there was a specific reason for him being there that morning. Maybe someone from the area knew him, or perhaps he was visiting someone? It doesn't seem like a random choice of location. My heart goes out to his family—it's been over a decade, and they still don’t have the answers they deserve. If anyone has any insight or theories about what might have led him to Chillum, it could be a valuable angle for those still looking into the case.
