I came across an old article about the case of Weldon Roosevelt "Fatz" Mason and the other two victims, Ortiz Ola and Staci Taneesha White. Something that's been nagging at me is the connection between the victims. It seems Mason and Ola were friends, and Mason and White were coworkers, but what isn't clear is whether all three knew each other well or if it was more of a tragic coincidence.
I can’t help but wonder about the dynamics between them—did they often hang out together socially, or were they more acquaintances on the periphery of each other's lives? It might not seem crucial at first glance, but understanding these relationships could be key in figuring out what happened. It feels like a piece of the puzzle is missing here.
I really feel for their families, who are left without answers. It must be incredibly tough to move forward without knowing why this happened. If anyone has more insights into how well the three victims knew each other or any theories on how this could play into the investigation, please share. I’ve been following the case of Weldon "Fatz" Mason, Ortiz Ola, and Staci White, and it’s been weighing heavily on my mind. I'm really struck by the fact that Mason and White worked together at Sam's Club. It just seems so tragic that they were colleagues, yet their lives ended in such a horrible way. Mason had just been recognized as the associate of the month, which speaks volumes about his character and work ethic.
It’s situations like this that remind us how intertwined our lives can be and how quickly everything can change. I can’t even begin to imagine what their coworkers must be going through, having lost not one but two friends and colleagues. It's deeply unsettling to think about the trauma this leaves behind in their workplace and the community.
My heart goes out to the families who must be going through a terrible time and to their friends and coworkers who are probably feeling lost. They deserve answers and justice for their loved ones. If anyone has any insight or potential leads, please share them or report them to the authorities. Let's hope the investigation makes progress soon.

I’ve been following the case of Weldon Roosevelt "Fatz" Mason and the others involved in that terrible incident back in 2014, and something's been rubbing me the wrong way. Why was there never any significant discussion about the security in the apartment complex? With Ortiz Ola living there and Mason being a frequent visitor, you'd think there would be some sort of footage or at least a witness account from neighbors? It’s baffling that nobody seemed to have seen or heard anything before or after the shootings. If anyone here is from the Capitol Heights area or knows more about the Marlboro Pike Apartments, could you share if there were security cameras or any known issues with safety in that area? It just seems like a major piece of the puzzle is missing, and it’s so sad for the victims’ families to not have answers.
