Has anyone else been following the case of Zonita Monia Roberts? I've been thinking a lot about how difficult it must be for their families to cope with such a senseless tragedy. Especially since reports say they might have been planning a funeral, which adds another layer of sadness to the whole situation. I'm hoping the community can offer them some support during this unbelievably hard time. Domestic disputes that end in violence like this are just devastating, and it’s a painful reminder of the need for accessible resources and intervention for those experiencing domestic violence. Does anyone know of any local initiatives or groups in District Heights that are working to support families affected by such tragedies?
