Just been reflecting on the tragic loss of Armajae Smith, and it’s such a heavy reminder of how senseless violence affects entire communities. I didn't know him personally, but hearing from his friends and family paints a picture of a talented, promising young man who was taken from this world far too soon. It’s startling to think about how this trend in Baton Rouge is becoming almost routine. It's like, how do you start making real changes to prevent another future stolen like this? I’ve been following the case, and it’s frustrating to see so little headway in the investigation. It makes you wonder about the resources and attention being dedicated to these cases. Armajae deserves justice, just as we all deserve to live in a community free from this kind of fear and sorrow. I hope that sharing thoughts here can help keep his story alive and maybe, just maybe, inspire someone to come forward with information. My heart genuinely goes out to everyone who knew Armajae – they shouldn’t have to endure this pain.
