Has anyone else been following the case of Tavares Swinson? Something that caught my attention recently is the location where it all happened—4500 block of Rogers Avenue. Does anyone know if this area had a history of incidents leading up to this event? I used to visit Baltimore frequently and remember some parts were known for being hotspots for various activities. I wonder if this had anything to do with why Tavares might have been there or if it adds any context to his tragic passing. It's just so difficult to comprehend how someone could suffer such a fate in the middle of the afternoon. Truly hoping that there's someone out there with a piece of information that can finally help his loved ones find some peace.
