Has anyone else been digging into the aspect of the explosives found in the Cheston home? It's truly baffling and concerning. Why would Elliott legally possess explosives, and were they ever determined to play a role in this tragic event? It's devastating to imagine the tension and confusion this might have caused the family and community. I can't help but think there might be underlying issues that weren't initially clear. My heart goes out to Cornelia’s family, especially her daughter who made the initial welfare call. That must have been incredibly difficult. I wonder if more information about the explosives could shed any light or whether it was just an unrelated and unfortunate layer to this whole tragedy.
Did anyone else find the involvement of the state fire marshal in this case particularly alarming? I understand that Elliott had legal possession of explosives, but the idea of such materials being stored in a residential area is unsettling. This adds another layer to the tragedy that unfolded. It's tough not to speculate about what was happening behind closed doors that led to this outcome. My thoughts are with Cornelia's family and the community grappling with these losses. It's situations like these that make you realize we never really know what’s happening in people’s lives, even when they seem so engaged and caring.
