I’ve been thinking about the investigation into the Murdaland Mafia Piru (MMP) gang following Brian Johnson’s murder. It's incredible how coordinated the effort was between different levels of law enforcement to tackle something as complex and dangerous as this gang. I can't imagine how tough it must have been for the officers involved, not to mention the impact on Brian’s family every step of the way. The way they managed to bring down Dontray Johnson and others shows just how much work goes into these cases. It's crucial that we support these efforts and continue to push for resources that help dismantle gangs and prevent future tragedies. Anyone else have thoughts on how this type of collaboration can be improved or what more can be done to help communities affected by this violence? My heart goes out to everyone touched by this tragedy.
