I wanted to talk about something that's been on my mind regarding Antonino Newsome's case. It's been really upsetting to think about how gun violence seems to be an almost constant backdrop in Baltimore. Antonino's life was stolen from him in such a senseless act, and it's heartbreaking that it feels like we've heard this story too many times before. What gets me is the silence that follows such tragedies. I understand the fear people might feel about coming forward, but how do we change anything if everyone is too scared to speak up? It must be incredibly frustrating for Antonino’s family and friends to know there are people out there who could help, yet choose not to. I hope the community finds strength to share what they know. Remember, even small bits of information can be crucial. Antonino deserves justice, and his loved ones deserve answers. Let's hope the case sees some progress soon. My thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.
