I’ve been thinking a lot about the conditions on the Klutina River around the time of the accident. Does anyone know if there were any sudden weather changes or unusual water levels that day? Alaska weather can be so unpredictable, and I wonder if something like that could have played a role. It’s incredible that the other four managed to come out okay, considering how strong those currents can be. Also, does anyone know if any official reports were released about the search and rescue operations? Just trying to piece together all the elements that could have contributed to this tragedy.
