On a summer day in June of 1992, 64-year-old Paul Clinton Marstall was with a group on the Klutina River, a waterway known for its cold, swift currents, located about six miles west of Copper Center, Alaska. An accident occurred on the river, and while four other people involved were recovered in good condition, Marstall disappeared into the turbulent water.
