From what I've gathered, Joey had a bright spirit and brought joy to those around him. As I was reading about the surveillance footage that played a role in piecing together the events leading up to his death, I couldn’t help but wonder about the bravery of those coming forward with information. It’s a testament to the community’s strength, wanting to see justice served. I truly hope Joey's family finds some solace knowing how many people stand with them and remember Joey for the person he was. Baltimore, like many cities, needs a unified effort to tackle the root causes of such violence.
