Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Michael Handy Jr., and I recently read that the area near Pennsylvania Avenue and Dolphin Street, where Mike was shot, had some police surveillance cameras. I'm curious if anyone knows more about how these cameras are typically used in cases like this? Is it common for footage to be withheld from the public to preserve the integrity of the investigation, or could there be other reasons for the lack of arrests so far? It’s tough seeing another young life lost, and I hope they can use everything at their disposal to find who’s responsible. My thoughts are with Mike’s family and friends as they navigate this unimaginably difficult time. If anyone has insights or can share similar experiences, I’d love to hear more about how these investigations usually unfold.
