Hey everyone, I came across Devin Rodgers' case and something struck me that I haven't seen discussed much. Devin always wore headphones on his walks home, and I've been wondering if that played a role in the tragic events that unfolded on August 7, 2019. It's so saddening to think that he might not have heard the danger coming, being in his world, listening to music after a long day at the bakery. Has anyone heard if this detail is being considered in the investigation? It makes me think about how many of us do the same thing without considering the potential risks. My thoughts are with Angela Royster and Devin’s entire family as they continue to navigate this difficult and unimaginable time, seeking justice and change. If only we could make our streets safe enough where these small acts would never need a second thought.
