Hey everyone, I recently came across the case of Michael Pruitt, and I’ve been thinking a lot about his family and friends who are still waiting for answers so many years later. I can’t even imagine the pain of not knowing what happened to someone you love. It must be incredibly hard for them, especially since his murder is still unsolved after all this time. I read that he was found on Cecil Avenue, which from my understanding, isn't the safest area, but still, it just breaks my heart that things like this happen in our communities. It makes me wonder what kind of person could do something so awful and then just carry on with their life as if nothing happened. Has anyone here heard anything new about the case recently? I know it’s been a while, but I hope that someday soon the truth comes to light for Michael's sake and for everyone who cares about him. Let’s not forget him and keep hoping for justice. If you have any ideas on how we can spread the word or support efforts to solve cold cases like Michael's, I'd love to hear them. No clue is too small when it comes to bringing closure. Thanks for reading and let’s keep his family in our thoughts.

Has anyone been following the Michael Pruitt case recently? His murder on January 4, 2009, at 700 Cecil Avenue still gives me chills. I can't imagine the pain his family must feel, having no closure for so long. It's been over a decade, but I truly hope someone with information comes forward soon. The thought that the person responsible might still be out there is unsettling. It's crucial for communities to come together in situations like this and support the ongoing investigations. Has anyone heard about the latest efforts to bring attention back to these cold cases in Louisville? I’ve seen other cities have success with renewed public interest and I wonder what more can be done here.
