Hey everyone, I've been following Rashid Francis's case, and one thing that strikes me is the role of ShotSpotter in responding to the incident. It seems like these technologies are crucial in alerting law enforcement to gunfire, especially in areas where reporting might be slow or non-existent. Still, it's distressing that despite such tools, progress in his case seems stalled. I can't imagine the frustration his family must be feeling, dealing with the loss and also the uncertainty around the investigation. It's heartbreaking that technology can lead officers to the scene so quickly, yet we still lack the necessary leads to bring Rashid's killer to justice.
