I've been following the case of Kyron Jamal Towson Sr., and I can't help but feel for his family dealing with such an unimaginable loss. One thing that I keep thinking about is the impact this must have on his younger siblings, if he had any. Siblings often look up to their older brothers or sisters, and losing someone in such a horrific way could be incredibly traumatizing. It's saddening to think about how his younger family members might be trying to cope with not only the loss but also with the fear that something like this could happen again. Traumatic events can really ripple through a family, leaving scars that last a lifetime. Just hoping that the family has access to the right support and resources to help them through such a tough time. It's vital that we not only push for justice but also offer our compassion and support to those left behind. Anyone else here have thoughts on how communities can better support families like Kyron's?
