I’ve been following Eleuteria Hiliario's case for a while now, and something that's always puzzled me is the laundromat she was heading to at the Morse Shores Plaza. Does anyone here know if it was particularly busy or if there were any surveillance cameras around back in 2004? I imagine that any footage could have been crucial. I've read a little about the plaza's layout back then and can’t help but wonder about the foot traffic and the surrounding area. If anyone from Fort Myers remembers any details about how the plaza was or if there were other businesses around that might have had video cameras, please share. Every bit could help!
Hey everyone, just wanted to share some thoughts on Eleuteria Hiliario's disappearance back in '04. It's baffling to think she vanished just walking to a laundromat in broad daylight. Has anyone here had a chance to really dig into the area around Morse Shores Plaza? I checked recent maps and statements about the area's layout back then, and it seems like there were a few small businesses and residences nearby.
I wonder if anyone from the local community at the time might remember seeing something unusual around that day without realizing its importance. People in small plazas often look out for one another, so it's odd that there's been little to no buzz about this angle. Even after all these years, something seemingly minor could be the key. It feels like there must be someone who recalls a detail—maybe someone working at a shop or a passerby who caught a glimpse of Eleuteria.
Here's hoping that as we keep the conversation alive, someone from back then might see this discussion and connect the dots. Let's keep sharing anything that might trigger a memory!
I've been following Eleuteria Hilario's case for a while, and one thing that stands out to me is the location she was last seen. The Morse Shores Plaza, where she was walking to the laundromat, seems like it would have had a lot of foot traffic, even back in 2004. I'm surprised there weren’t any witnesses who came forward with useful information at the time. Maybe someone who was a regular in that area might remember something now if it jogs their memory? It feels like a small detail, but in cases like this, even the smallest lead could help. Just hoping someone eventually speaks up or recalls seeing something out of the ordinary that day. Has anyone looked into whether there were any security cameras around that plaza back then, even if they were more limited compared to now?
