I can’t help but think about how Benny’s colleagues at Safe Streets must be feeling right now. He was one of their own, a dedicated worker who was there on the frontlines every day trying to make Cherry Hill a better place. Losing someone like that must be more than just losing a coworker; it’s losing a friend and an inspiration. It's so unfair that he was taken in the very community he was trying to uplift. I read that his team held a vigil for him, and while I didn't know him personally, it sounds like he touched so many lives. I really hope his passing motivates more people to get involved in initiatives against violence. If anyone on here has any information or ways we can support his family and friends, let’s share it. Benny seemed like such a bright light. It's vital that we keep his memory alive through continued efforts in the community.
