Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about how daylight shootings seem to be so brazen nowadays. The tragic incident that took the life of Tayvon Ernest Scott in Dundalk is a prime example. Imagine how terrifying it must have been for the residents on Ewald Avenue to hear those shots and witness such a violent act unfold right outside their homes. It's chilling to consider the fear that must have been instilled not only in the neighborhood but also at Sandy Plains Elementary, which had to go into lockdown for everyone's safety. I really feel for Tayvon's family and friends who are left to pick up the pieces and deal with this immense loss. It’s got to be so frustrating not knowing who was behind it or why it happened, especially with no arrests made yet. The community can be pivotal in bringing this case to justice by coming forward with any tips or information. Let’s keep raising awareness and provide support for Tayvon’s loved ones as they navigate this difficult time. Crime like this shouldn’t become the norm, and the more attention we bring to these incidents, the harder it will be for perpetrators to hide. Does anyone know if there's been any new information after the initial investigation, or if the police have shared anything more with the community?
