Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the aftermath of Garcia Stevenson's tragic death. I read somewhere that there was a candlelight vigil held for him on Edmonson Avenue a few days after the incident. The community really came together to honor his memory and support his family and other victims. It's deeply moving to see how people in these neighborhoods support each other in times of such pain. But at the same time, it makes me wonder how many more vigils and memorials it'll take before something changes in Baltimore. How can we harness this community strength to push for real action and solutions to the violence? Would love to hear any ideas on how locals can get involved or pressure for change. Let's keep this conversation going, for Garcia and all the others we've lost. ?

I’ve been following Garcia Stevenson’s case, and my heart goes out to his family. I read about the incident occurring around 2 a.m. on Edmonson Avenue and it just makes me wonder what was happening at that time. It’s chilling to think about how many lives have been affected by that night’s events, and how our communities are struggling with this level of violence. It's alarming that there haven't been any public updates about suspects or arrests in this case. Does anyone else wonder what the city plans to do in the long term to stop this trend of violence? It seems like there's only so much the police can do without additional support or resources from the community or local government. If anyone has any thoughts about how the community in West Baltimore is responding or any efforts being made to prevent further such tragedies, I’d love to hear about them. Sending love and strength to everyone who knew Garcia. Let’s hope the police get the information they need to find justice for him and the other victims.

How's everyone coping after hearing about what happened to Garcia Stevenson? It’s such a profound loss for his family and the community. There’s been some chatter about potential witnesses being around at the time, but I’m curious if anyone here has heard more about it? It’s important for the investigation that anyone with information steps up. It's tough seeing the city struggling with these levels of violence, and at times it feels like there's no end in sight. Stevenson's family has my deepest sympathies. They shouldn’t have to deal with such agony. I really hope justice is served and that the community can come together to make a change.
