Does anyone else find it troubling how little information has come out about Luis's case over the years? I feel for his family, who must be desperate for answers and justice. San Bernardino had such a rash of violence in 2016, and it seems like this case became another statistic. It just baffles me how in a busy neighborhood, no one has come forward with something that could help. Maybe people are afraid of retaliation, which is unfortunately common in these situations. I really hope that someone finds the courage to speak up one day. His family deserves closure, and the community deserves peace. Sending strength to all who are carrying the weight of his loss.
