Hey everyone, I was reading about the Danny Curry case from Dandridge, TN, and something that caught my attention is the area where he disappeared. Dandridge is mostly rural with lots of wooded areas and waterways. I wonder if there have been organized searches involving volunteers or if they've used dogs or drones in those places. Sometimes terrain can really complicate search efforts, especially when there's a lot of ground to cover. Anyone familiar with search operations in that area or if there were any challenges unique to it? It'd be interesting to know if locals have done anything on their own to help the investigation over the years.

Hey everyone, I was looking through some old missing persons cases, and I came across Danny Curry's case from 2010. I noticed he's from Dandridge, which is pretty close to some dense forest areas. This got me thinking: Could it be possible that he wandered off into the woods and got lost? With the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park, I wonder if there's any possibility search efforts could have overlooked something in those areas. Does anyone here know if any extensive searches happened in the more remote parts of the forests back then? Maybe there's a chance of organizing a new search with volunteers familiar with the terrain? Just brainstorming some ideas here. Maybe fresh eyes and a new approach could bring some progress. Thoughts?
