I came across an article today that mentioned the music event Donnie McFly and Father Jah performed at before the tragedy. It’s so chilling to think they were just at Cole’s Place, doing what they loved, making people feel the energy and spirit of their music, and then this senseless act happened right after. I can't help but wonder about any potential security footage from that night, both from the venue and surrounding areas. Considering how influential Donnie was in the scene, it’s just mind-blowing that there hasn’t been more progress in finding who did this. My heart goes out to his family and the local artists who were impacted by his mentorship and friendship. Hope someone with information will have the courage to come forward and bring some justice for Donnie.
