Mitchell was a longstanding member of the community, and it seems like everyone knew him or was connected to him in some way. I've read that neighbors have been coming together to support his children, which is really heartwarming to hear amidst such a tragedy. For anyone who might know the family personally, what has the atmosphere been like in town since this happened? Sending love to all the folks navigating this tough time.
