Does anyone else find it strange that Wilfred Simms was a known regular around both Upper Darby and Philly, yet none of the locals seem to have seen him after 2016? I mean, it's not like he was a new face in the area. It's almost as if he just vanished into thin air. Super curious if anyone has heard anything about the places he was known to hang out. Could there be someone out there who remembers seeing him during that time frame? Any little detail could be the missing piece we need to understand what might have happened. Thoughts?
