Has anyone else been following the trial process for the other two suspects in the Clinton Pearson case? I can't help but think about how Clinton's family must be feeling, still waiting for justice after this senseless tragedy. Pearson was taken from them in such a violent manner, and it's been years now. While Wells Jr. got 30 years, the chapter isn't fully closed until all involved are held accountable. I really hope the upcoming trials bring some closure for his loved ones and the community. The Poe Mill neighborhood deserves peace and to not be overshadowed by this horrific act. If anyone has any updates or thoughts on how the community is healing, I'd love to hear them. It's important we remember Clinton and support those impacted by such a devastating loss.

Did anyone else look into the gang activity around Poe Mill back in 2016? I remember hearing some things about that area being rough around the time of Clinton Pearson’s murder. It’s just devastating to think how his life was torn apart by those criminals who were willing to end a life over drugs. I hope Pearson's family is getting the support they need – I can't imagine the pain they must have felt. There’s a lot to be worried about when thinking about gang-related violence and how these environments seem to breed such dangerous situations. Anyone know if the local community has seen improvements in public safety since then?

I've been thinking about the impact this has had on the Poe Mill neighborhood. From what I've read, it's a close-knit community that’s had its share of struggles, but they’ve always come together in tough times. It must have been really traumatic for the residents on Cox Street, knowing such a violent crime took place in their own backyard. I can’t even imagine the fear and anxiety they must have felt after hearing about Clinton's murder. It's so important for neighborhoods to support each other and rebuild a sense of safety after something like this happens. Does anyone know if there’s been any community outreach or events to help the neighborhood heal? It would be heartening to see some positive steps being taken to restore a sense of security and togetherness.
