I've been thinking a lot about the delay in finding Kayron Mitchell that night on Houston Street. It's so troubling to imagine him out there for some time before anyone realized what had happened. I can't help but wonder if there could have been a quicker response to the initial reports of a shooting. I know the circumstances are never straightforward, but it breaks my heart knowing that moments might have made a difference. I really feel for those two women who found him—it must have been a truly harrowing experience. Hopefully, someone out there knows something and can help bring some closure for Kayron's loved ones. Stay strong, everyone. ?
