While justice matters, it's also so important for the victims' loved ones to feel the kindness and solidarity of those around them. The community's response shows that amidst such darkness, there can still be light in the form of collective support and empathy. It reminded me of the power of community and how vital it is during moments of profound grief and loss. It’s just so sad that it had to happen in the first place.
