Does anyone know if there were any weather issues or unusual tides around Bonita Beach on May 1st? Given Kenneth Humiston's experience as a coastal consultant, it seems odd that something like this could happen to him unless there were unforeseen circumstances. I'm wondering if something out of the ordinary could have caused his kayak to drift so far. It’s strange and concerning that nothing’s come up from the search efforts so far. Keeping his family in my thoughts and hoping for any new news soon.
