Has anyone else been following the eerie similarities between Matthew Carrington's disappearance and that of other cases in the Severn area? I've noticed a few missing person cases in nearby towns with similar patterns—young children vanishing without a trace. It's unsettling to think there might be a connection, but it raises a lot of questions. Are there known safe routes for little ones to wander off around there, or could something else be at play?
I know detectives have been working with insights from interviews, but it's puzzling that more evidence hasn't turned up yet. Maybe revisiting those patterns could lead to a new angle? Just wondering if anyone has thought about this or looked into it more deeply. Any locals here with insights or ideas?
It's been some time since Matthew Carrington went missing, and I can't shake this nagging thought: did anyone look into all the routes and paths leading away from his neighborhood? I know they conducted extensive searches nearby, but three-year-olds can move fast and quietly. If a little one like Matthew wandered off, he might have taken a not-so-obvious path through yards or alleys. It’s so mind-boggling and frustrating to think there might be some spot everyone overlooked in the frantic early days.
If anyone is local to Severn and familiar with the area, is there any chance there are hidden shortcuts or little paths that weren't on the radar back then? Maybe something that only locals would think to check out? It might be something, or it might be nothing, but leaving no stone unturned feels important. Just hoping some tiny lead or clue hasn't gone unnoticed!
