I’ve been thinking about how Micheal was such a positive influence on the kids he coached, and it really makes you reflect on how one person can make a real difference in a community. I can't imagine the loss felt by Sean and Conner without their dad, who was not only their coach but their role model. It's clear he played a pivotal role in shaping not only his sons' lives but also those of other young kids in Myrtle Beach. In all the chaos surrounding his death, I hope the community can come together to honor his legacy by keeping the values he instilled alive. Whether it's staying committed to sports, showing compassion to one another, or supporting single parents who are trying to juggle it all, there's so much to learn from how Micheal lived his life. My heart goes out to everyone who was touched by his genuine kindness and dedication.
