It's been over three years since Lori Jean Gentile and Lashawn Gadson were tragically taken from us, and I still find myself reflecting on the impact Lori had on everyone around her. While we still search for answers and justice, I wanted to take a moment to remember the incredible light Lori brought into this world. Her extensive circle of friends and family continues to remind us of the kindness and compassion she embodied. I was especially moved to see how the local community rallied around Lori’s family during such a tough time, coming together to organize a fundraiser to support her memorial. It truly highlighted how beloved Lori was and how deeply her loss resonates with everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. I hope authorities can bring clarity and closure, especially for her family, who deserve peace after such a senseless tragedy. Let’s keep Lori and Lashawn in our thoughts and continue to support efforts to bring justice for them both.
