I came across Delicia Waddy's case while browsing missing person reports, and there’s something about the Meadow Event Park area that doesn't sit right with me. Her belongings, including her purse and phone, were neatly arranged behind the park, which seems a bit odd. Wouldn't someone in distress or danger leave things in a rush? I've been wondering if this was perhaps staged, either by someone who took her or someone who wanted her to appear missing. Another thing that bugs me is the sighting in Richmond three days later. If it was really her, what could have driven her back to the city despite leaving everything behind, including her car? Was she meeting someone? It seems like there are too many loose ends that don’t add up. Has anyone familiar with the area or her case noticed anything unusual or heard local chatter about Meadow Event Park? Maybe someone saw someone near her car that day or has heard something else related through the grapevine. I know it's been a few years, but any small detail could be relevant. It’s frustrating to see her case go unsolved for so long, and I hope we can find some answers soon.
