Hey everyone, I've been following Mark Kudsk's case since it first popped up in my newsfeed a few years back. One thing that's been nagging at me lately is why it took over two years for his case to be entered into the NamUs database. I mean, I know every case has its nuances, but two years seems like a really long time to not make that critical step. Could it have been an issue with gathering enough initial information, or maybe some sort of jurisdictional hang-up? I'd love to hear your thoughts on what might cause such a delay, especially from those with experience in similar cases or knowledge of the system. Maybe someone knows if this is common in cases from the area or if there were specific reasons here. Let's keep the conversation going and see if we can piece together any possibilities.
