I can't stop thinking about how Jaquante's favorite thing to do was play basketball with the kids in his neighborhood. I remember reading how he would organize small tournaments and always encouraged everyone to play fair and support one another. It's so tragic that someone who genuinely cared about his community and wanted to uplift those around him had his life cut short in such a violent manner. It's important we keep talking to those who might have seen something to help bring justice to his family. Let's continue to raise awareness and hopefully piece together what happened that terrible night. If anyone has any information, no matter how small it seems, please don't hesitate to share it with the authorities. Jaquante's life mattered, and finding the truth is the least we can do for him and his loved ones.
