Does anyone else think about the role of community and family support in cases like Gwendolyn Ray's? It's just so upsetting to think about how many layers of trauma and grief these kinds of tragedies cause, beyond just the awful crime itself. I can't help but wonder about the 3-year-old survivor, too. Having to endure such an ordeal at such a young age must be incredibly challenging, and I hope she has a strong support network around her. The resilience of those who supported the Ray family through the trial really stands out to me. It’s a reminder of the strength found in unity and the importance of coming together to help each other heal, even in the darkest times. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this senseless crime.
