I’ve been following Michael Wayne Johnson’s case since it first hit the news, and something has been bugging me. Does anyone know if the casinos Michael frequented have surveillance footage that could help track his movements? It seems like it would be critical since it was a big part of his routine. Given that he spent a lot of time at those places, maybe they could pinpoint who he interacted with and when he was last physically spotted there. Plus, if he left with anyone or seemed distressed, that would be vital info!
If anyone has insights or works in security, would love to hear what the process is for obtaining casino footage for a case like this. Hope they find him soon, especially with his medical needs to consider.
Does anyone else think it's strange that Michael's car—his 2011 burgundy Ford minivan—isn't mentioned being found anywhere? I mean, if he was last seen driving it, you'd think it might have been picked up by traffic cameras or found parked somewhere by now, right? Especially given the fact that he has known spots he visits in Oakland and San Francisco. It's like the van just vanished along with him. I wonder if anyone's looked into whether it was spotted around those local casinos he frequented. It just seems like tracking down the van could provide some valuable clues.
