Has anyone else noticed how little information is available about Novie Eugene "Buck" Baney’s passing? It’s so frustrating for the family and friends who want answers. I’ve been following this community for a while, and it’s clear that Novie's life left a big mark on those who knew him. With Mountain Grove being such a close-knit community, I'm surprised we haven't heard more through the grapevine or seen any updates in local news. His obituaries paint a picture of a kind and generous man who was well-loved, and it just adds to the sadness that there's so much left unsaid about his death. Given the lack of official statements, I’m leaning towards the idea that it might not involve anything criminal, but that just makes it all the more puzzling. Sending strength to everyone who was touched by Novie’s kindness. If anyone has insights or ways to get more details, it could really help bring some peace to those who cared about him.
