Has anyone looked into the aspects of how the jury was selected for Eddie Skorcz's trial? Jury selection can play such a critical role in cases with claims of self-defense, and I'm curious if there were any particular challenges or discussions during that process. Given the sensitive nature of family disputes, it might have been tough to ensure impartiality. Mitchell Dugger's passing has undoubtedly been devastating for his loved ones, and I'm sure the trial only added to their pain. It's mind-boggling to think about how these proceedings can hinge on so many factors, from the evidence presented to the composition of the jury itself. I really hope the wrongful death lawsuit can bring some semblance of peace to the Dugger family. Anyone else have insights on this?
