I came across this case recently, and I'm really struck by the impact it's had on the community in Moberly. Jessica and Kelsey Bowen seemed to have been such promising young women with their whole lives ahead of them. I've read how both their high school and Jessica’s nursing program have provided counseling to cope with this shocking loss. It’s a testament to how close-knit their schools must have been and how important it is to have support systems during such unimaginable times. I'm curious if anyone here attended the public visitation or the funeral service? How was the community’s response? It must have been incredibly emotional, given how the tragedy touched so many lives. It always sticks with me how resilient communities can be, coming together in moments of grief like this one. My thoughts are with their family and friends.
