I’ve been following the William Crawford case closely, and one thing that's really puzzling to me is the timeline between his leaving Schulte's and the time he was found. It seems like there’s such a narrow window for something so tragic to happen. I can't imagine what his family must be going through, waiting for answers in such a confusing situation. It makes me think about what kind of preparation or planning this crime might have involved. Also, since he was a well-known figure from his Army days, it feels like someone might know more about what could have led up to this event. The community is hurting, and it seems like someone has to have seen or heard something. I hope they get the tip they need soon. Does anyone else have thoughts on what could have happened during those critical hours?

I've been following the William Crawford case from Jefferson City, and something that really stands out to me is the timeline of events leading up to his tragic death. Crawford was last seen leaving Schulte's on the evening of August 19, which puts the crucial window for the crime between then and the early hours of August 20. Has anyone else thought about how public the venue is and how there must be so many people around there at that time of night? You’d think someone might have noticed something unusual or seen someone leaving suspiciously around that time.
It's so distressing to know that William served his country and yet met such a violent end in his own home. I hope people in the community come forward, even with the smallest details, because sometimes that’s all it takes to crack a case wide open. The $1,000 reward might motivate someone who needs an incentive, but I like to think we can all help out of compassion and to give his family some peace. Anyone else have thoughts on the timeline or maybe know the layout of the area around Schulte’s? Anything that could spur new insights for the investigation would be worth sharing.
